Appointment Booking – Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with me:in Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Policy

• Appointments must be booked through our official website, booking platform, or by contacting us directly.

• A valid credit card may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, even for complimentary consultations or services covered by a package.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or message.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service and may affect future booking privileges.

• Clients using a prepaid package or promotional offer will have one session deducted for late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Arrival & Late Policy

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion, and a fee may apply.

• Your punctuality helps us stay on schedule and provide every guest with the full experience.

4. Health & Eligibility

• Please inform us of any health conditions, recent procedures, allergies, or medications prior to your appointment.

• We reserve the right to decline or adjust treatment if we determine it is not suitable for your skin condition or health status on the day of service.

5. Age Policy

All clients must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a legal guardian or approved in advance.

6. Payment Policy

• Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

• We accept all major credit cards and valid me:in Aesthetics gift cards.

• Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion.

7. Refund Policy

• All services, consultations, and deposits are non-refundable.

• If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please speak to us directly so we can address your concerns.

8. Policy Acknowledgment

By booking with me:in Aesthetics, you confirm that you understand and accept the policies outlined above. These terms are subject to change at any time.
